Shelly displeased about secret Peabody negotiations

WINDOW ROCK — Navajo Nation President Ben Shelly showed up at the Budget and Finance Subcommittee meeting Monday to share his thoughts on how the Nation could create jobs and economic prosperity at a time when significant budget cuts could be coming down from the federal government.
